Projects
How completed customer work becomes public proof.
Projects represent completed work that can be shown in widgets or matched to reviews. They carry the customer context, project date, description, geolocation, tags, media, and optional review requests.
Required Fields

| Customer type | One of residential, commercial, or industrial. |

| Geolocation | Powers project markers in map widgets. |

| Project images | Required for project-gallery display. |
Review Status
The project table shows whether each project has:
- at least one linked review
- at least one media item
Use these flags to find projects that are not yet ready for public widgets.
Review Requests
Projects can create three review requests:
| Send time | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Now | First request immediately after the project is ready. |
| Three days later | First follow-up. |
| Seven days later | Second follow-up. |
When a customer uses one request link, pending requests for that project are cancelled.
